 1. General Big Gates is a Tunisian-based import and export business providing products sourced internationally and distributed locally. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.  

2. Products & Descriptions We make every effort to display product details, images, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur depending on suppliers or batches.  

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in Tunisian Dinar (TND) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Full payment must be received before any order is shipped or delivered.  

4. Orders & Shipping Orders are processed upon confirmation and subject to availability. Shipping timelines and costs will be communicated before checkout or contract finalization. Delivery times may vary based on customs clearance and international shipping conditions.  

5. Returns & Exchanges Due to the nature of imported goods, returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items reported within 3 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.  

6. Customs & Import Duties Customers are responsible for complying with Tunisian import laws and for paying any customs duties or clearance fees. Big Gates is not liable for delays or additional costs caused by local authorities.  

7. Resellers & Partnerships If you are a reseller or distributor, additional terms may apply. Please contact us directly to discuss partnership opportunities and bulk order agreements.  

8. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and graphics, are the property of Big Gates or its partners. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.  

9. Limitation of Liability Big Gates is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.  

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Tunisia. Any disputes shall be resolved through local jurisdiction in Tunis, Tunisia.
